THE OSCARS ARE HERE, THE OSCARS ARE HERE!

I couldn't even wait until tomorrow to start talking about the fashion. Overall, I'm pleased: this year, we really got something to talk about!

I think Anne and James are doing a fabulous job hosting. I especially loved the singing!

But just for the record, I will start a Bostonian riot if Natalie Portman doesn't win. My boyfriend said he'll do something similar if Colin Firth doesn't win. If they both lose, the northeast should be very afraid!

So without a moment to spare, here's my view on the 2011 Oscars.

THE WORST

• Jennifer Lawrence (Calvin Klein Collection): While her hair and makeup is awesome, I really don't think casual minimalism is the way to go for the Oscars. Especially if you are a nominee for best actress. This would've been perfect for the SAGs, or even the Golden Globes, but for the Academy Awards? No thank you. She was quite fancy for the other ceremonies, why go casual now?
• Michelle Williams (Chanel): Her hair and makeup, once again, was supreme; however, this dress completely washed us out. Light skin+blonde hair+ light dress= blob of light. She's worn a lot of light this award season, couldn't she have mixed it up? She had so many hits in previous seasons, but this wasn't good enough for me.
• Mandy Moore (Monique Lhuillier): On the surface, it's a really pretty dress,  Mandy Moore looks so old school Hollywood. But I think the separation of sparkles  and the silhouette is kind of awkward. The waist is kind of boxy and, to be perfectly honest, basically everyone has worn a beige sparkled dress to the Oscars. It's time to get a new look. Also, I really hate the earrings she wore with this. It was, once again, awkward.
• Sharon Stone (Dior): BLACK SWAN GONE  TERRIBLY TERRIBLY WRONG. I have never seen something more disturbing than that hair!  The silhouette is awesome, but the ostrich feathers and the STUPID HAIR makes this the worst dress of the night, in my mind. Sharon Stone's been around for a while, I really think she should know better. There's no excuse.
• Nicole Kidman (Dior): Nicole is a beautiful woman and I understand her intentions with this dress, but it was executed poorly. The designs were weird and the architectural aspects made her look bottom heavy. Also, I felt like a bare neck would've been better with this dress. Good try, though!
• Marisa Tomei (Charles James): Why would you ever think this is okay? I hate this dress so much! While the navy's a good color on her, it is not flattering in the slightest. The silk and tulle- is it tulle- breakdown is really awkward. Maybe if the tulle-we're going to say it is tulle- started at the waist?  will say that I do like the neckline.
• Florence Welch (Valentino): She's awesome and this dress is totally her, but I wish that she glammed it up for the Oscars. This is the Oscars, people! I feel like she always wears this light beige/yellow color and if she experimented with a different pastel, it literally would have made the world's difference.
• Melissa Leo (Marc Bouwer): Melissa Leo, not only did you drop a F-bomb, but you also taught us that yes, there is such a thing as too much lace. Maybe if this was black lace, it would've been awesome. But it's too overwhelming, especially for the winter.  Also, this dress doesn't have any movement, which is awkward.

THE BEST

• Mila Kunis (Elie Saab): Obsessed. She is turning into such a trendsetter. This was perfection. The lilac was beautiful on her and this dress was so cool and effortless. The lace around the neckline, as well as the semi-see through areas of the dress, made this dress young and sexy. And the hair, makeup, jewels? Incredible. She has a knack for making people envious of her because she's that cool. I love her. 
• Cate Blanchet (Givenchy Couture): I'm so smitten with this art. It's not just an awards outfit, but it is art. She is the perfect person to wear this fabulous piece. I can't really re-call anyone wearing something similar o this on the red carpet, which is why I'm so pleased. I feel like a lot of people won't understand this look because it is more avant garde than your typical Oscar gown, but it's so beautiful and really interesting. And hints of yellow? Who does yellow? Cate Blanchet does, that's who.
• Scarlett Johansson (Dolce and Gabbana): A lot of people aren't fans of this dress, but I really love it. The raspberry color is absolutely incredible and I love Scarlett's take on lace. The cool and casual hair was so chic and ravishing. The back was so awesome which really made the dress for me. I do not think it photographed all that well, but I bet it looks incredible in person. I think there was a lot of hub-bub about it being see-through. But,  it's the Oscars. Stylists are smarter than that.
• Hilary Swank (Gucci): Ladies and Gents, this is how sparkles and feathers are supposed to be done. The silhouette was awesome and having a silver look throughout made the feathers more subtle instead of clownish.  And the lack of jewels was the perfect thing to counteract such a shimmery dress! In my mind, this was Zoe Saldana's Oscar look last year done right. 
• Halle Berry (Marchesa): This is the way to wear pastels! Her skin tone looks amazing with this beige and certainly doesn't wash her out. The details on this dress, as all Marchesa dresses, are absolutely incredible. She rocked the minimal jewels looks which was perfection for this outfit.
• Natalie Portman (Rodarte): I'm typing this as the Best Actress nominees are being announced: I'm really nervous. Anywho, she looks absolutely radiant. I'm obsessed with this purple color and I'm glad she's giving Rodarte (she just won YAYAYAY) some credit. Her tassel earrings are supreme. And as always, she knows how to look appropriate and classy when pregnant. I love her!

AND NOW FOR SOME ANNE: So many looks and she has seriously rocked them all. I loved her red Valentino gown when strutting down the red carpet. That train was such a red carpet moment and the epitome of glamour. Loved it.  And the red lips made it so iconic, which I loved! And can we talk about the tasseled Oscar de la Renta gown she wore? It was so retro and chic. I'm obsessed. And the red Armani Prive? The red looked incredible with Anne's dark hair and light complexion.  The beading was incredible and even though it reminds me of Armani Prive she wore in the past, the color made it something new. Even the Lanvin tux during her sing-a-long was so chic.

Which Came First: The Egg or The Gaga

I think out of all of the award shows, the Grammys are my least favorite; I like my own kind of music not so much Top 40 hits. However, the Grammy's fashion is superb. It's so weird and really makes you think, which I love. It was hard to narrow it down, because the Grammy's don't have any strict fashion rules,  but I think I got a pretty solid list going on here. So without a moment to spare, let us discuss the best and worst, shall we?

THE WORST:

• Ciara (Pucci): I think it looked good on her and definitely Grammy appropriate, I just really didn't like it. There needed to be more fabric and less slit. The fabrics were also really weird put together, I thought. Usually I really like Pucci, but this wasn't my favorite.
• Crystal Bowersox (Nobody knows who made this so far): Gross. No matter what, dreads will NEVER EVER EVER be a trend in my eyes. Do something nice with your hair, girl-who-I-do-not-know, this is the Grammys! As much as I love emerald green, it made her look rather old and chunky. The fabric is also pretty wrinkled, not okay.
• Gaga (Farm): For real? Yeah, Gaga's a pretty cool individual but this is getting annoying now. She's not being a human, but a spectacle. It's just really really old now. If I wanted to see this, I'd watch the History channel.
• Jennifer Lopez (Pucci): Her hair is fab, her shirt is not, I love the sparkles, but why is she looking like a Jenny from the Sketchy Street Corner. FIX YOUR HEM. Thumbs down, JLO, you should've known better.
• Kim Kardashian (KaufmanFranco): Kim, don't pretend that you're old school Jennifer Lopez. I hate this so much.  This looks so trashy and it's not even flattering! Her hair and makeup, however, looks really good. But it gets overshadowed by the stupid sparkly sac.
• Natasha Bedingfield (Something blue...nobody knows): This is extremely cheesy; very Miss America, in my mind. She looked a million times better at the pre-Grammy awards, why couldn't she swap?!

THE BEST:

• Keri Hilson (Basil Soda): Perfect for the Grammy Awards! She seriously hit the nail on the head with this one. Her blonde do looks so smashing with this bright blue mini. Bringing a splash of color to the red carpet, as well as that asymmetrical neckline. I kind of wish that the shoes were different, but she kept it classy and cool for this red carpet, BRAVO! 
• Nicole Kidman (Jean Paul Gaultier): So smitten with this look. Obviously, we don't expect Nicole Kidman to be carried in an egg,but she looked remarkable. The colors went beautifully with her complexion and ever so flattering. I think it was the perfect amount of cool for the Grammy Awards, in terms of Nicole Kidman that is.
• Lea Michele (Pucci): The lips are a bit harsh, but she still looks fabulous. I love how this is the anti-LBD: the slit is hypnotic and the lace is super super cool.  She kept the hair down which, in any other situation, would be kind of awkward worked for the Grammy awards. I'm glad she didn't try to incorporate a splash of color with the shoes; the dress had the perfect amount of "wow" to be chic.
• Florence Welch (Givenchy): I think this is one of the only times in history where I like this look significantly better on the red carpet than the runway. On the model, it looked really scary; however, Welch makes it so fun and ethereal. The no accessories was a good move, though: it would've been way too forced with out it.  Heaven on a runway.
• Jennifer Hudson (Versace): I'm really upset that she lost so much waste; I personally feel like she sold out and was ashamed of her curves which is INSANE. Anywho, she looks incredible in this Versace. The glitz, the navy and silver, the mullet hem- everything I love in a dress. This definitely is my favorite of the night. She looks rocker, but extremely put together. And the chunky Louboutins mimic the lines of the bodice of her dress. She's doing me proud.

Teenage Nightmare

I came across Katy Perry wearing this Georges Hobeika dress,

And I wanted to die.

I have never been more afraid of Katy Perry in my whole entire life. Yes, her songs are catchy. Yes, she's dating Russell Brand. But she really has no excuse.
To be nice (ish) I will say that the purple is nice and this dress looks very sleek on the runway model, but I thought Katy Perry had more sense than this.
On her, this dress literally has no redeeming qualities.
I really don't like the fabric, especially with this color. It looks like one of those tacky prom dresses you wouldn't dream of buying.

Does anyone notice that it makes her midsection look kind of large? Or is that just me? And the bow looks extremely awkward with her...boobs.

And Sesame Street thought they had an issue?

I feel like since that scandal, she figures she might as well show off what her mama gave her. But seriously, this looks like porn. I hate this. Obviously, she is Katy Perry and she's not going to be conservative, but this looks so sloppy and so gross.

Sagging Style

I'll be perfectly honest, I am not a fan of the SAG Awards. Of course, the whole "acting community" is a nice thought, but it's boring. And the fashion is never like the big time award shows.

Buuuuut...

modern family won.

and the social network did not.

and natalie portman won too.
and my predictions were...slacking.

As I stated before, the fashion was so- so. At the Globes' red carpet show, I squealed and my jaw dropped a plethora of times. The SAGs? Not the same. But anyways, let's talk about the looks!

THE WORST

• Winona Ryder (Alberta Ferretti): Trainwreck. Ooooof I hate everything about this. Seriously, it's like she went to a senior prom in the 1980s. the bag is awkward, her hair is awkward, and the dress looks awkward on her. I just hate this.
• Jenna Fischer (Fendi): Yes, her hair and makeup looked amazing, but this was a terrible choice. The silhouette isn't the least bit flattering; she looks matronly and boring. She's such a beautiful woman and I wish she could've picked something better for this award ceremony.
• Jennifer Lawrence (Oscar de le Renta): Before this dress, I didn't think Oscar could do any wrong. But not all fashion geniuses are perfect. Don't get me wrong, the fuschia looks incredible on her, but I hate the black belt; it makes her look like she has a gut!  The hair is also way too serious for the SAG awards. I'm also debating the shoulders but I can't even focus when that belt is there. I also feel like  there is no communication between above the belt and below the belt; if the shoulders are going to be dramatic, lose the slit!
• Naya Rivera (Aurelio Costarello): THIS IS SO DULL. The beige doesn't suite her all  that well and partially beaded bodice makes the dress look awkward and incomplete. But what I hate most about this red carpet look is the hair. It looks like there was no effort at all! Just a quick wash and dry?! YOU'RE ON THE RED CARPET. She's so beautiful and I think she could've definitely done better.
• Eva Longoria (Georges Hobelka):Blegh. I loved the ivory on Eva, but this dress was a diaster;  the draping just looks odd and not maintained and the drop waist wasn't doing anything for her figure. Her outfits are always hits or misses in my mind, no in between. What would Gabrielle Solis think?! 
• Christina Hendricks (L'Wren Scott): I love long sleeved dresses, but she did it completely wrong. The fabric did not help her curves at all! This dress showed an awkward amount of skin and it just didn't look good. I'm sure dresses someone of her curves is hard, but this is horrendous.
• Nicole Kidman (Nina Ricci): First of all, what's up with the necklace she's wearing? It totally de-sophisticates her whole look. Anyways, the amount of lace on this dress made me feel like the lace was really a spider' web. I would've really liked this dress if the back was de-laced and it was just open and sexy. The lace on the neckline is great though. 
• Kim Kardashian (Marchesa): My least favorite look of the night! It looks like Princess Jasmine on crack!  She usually has such a dramatic eye and nude lip, the entire nude makeup makes her look sickly... and really scares me. It's so messed up, I don't even know what exactly is wrong with it...does that make sense? The color's nice and Marchesa is always fabulous, but this is no good!
• Kate Mara (Herve Leger): This is just weird. She's such a beautiful girl, but what's with the headband? It looks like she's trying to match...but failed. Down and loose curls would've made the world's difference. And she didn't even accessorize besides that! The dress is really interesting and maybe it would've looked better on someone else, but the execution was so bad!
• Melissa Leo (Randi Rahm): What is this...I don't even know how to go about critiquing this. SO UGLY! The hair is really awkward and there is such a thing as metallic not working...case and point: this!
• Matthew Morrison (Prada): I wasn't aware that Matthew Morrison was ALSO Ricky Martin. Sometimes, I question his sexuality whilst watching Glee (there is nothing wrong with any sexuality, just to throw that out there).  This is too casual, too Ricky Martin...too bad.

THE BEST

• Jane Krakowski (Badgely Mischka): Absolutely stunning! She showed off her bump and looked completely chic while doing it. The silver was beautiful with her complexion and hair. Also, the asymmetrical sleeve made a mama-to-be look hot and current, which I love! It was really smart of her to wear nude platforms, emphasizing the dress and the bump. Her hair and makeup was also exquisite.
• Mila Kunis (Alexander McQueen): Best of the night, seriously! I'm obsessed with this dress; she looked hip but relaxed, which is perfect for the SAGs. I'm glad she didn't over-accessorize, a classic print wearing rule. Her hair was flawless and she embraced many of the best trends on the carpet last night.
• Sofia Vergara (Roberto Cavalli): As we all know, Sofia Vergara is a woman with many...assets.  This Cavalli dress offered her two things: class and flattery. The color looked amazing with her skin tone and hair; nobody else really wore cobalt so she surely made a splash on the red carpet. The draping around the waist seriously made her look like a minute! Also, this dress showed of the right amount of her Vergaras. It was youthful but not immature. Perfecto!
• Heather Morris (Romona Keveza): LOVE! She looked like a Pretty Pretty Princess last night! The complexity of the bodice was a perfect match to the simple skirt. The color looked so beautiful on her and the simple accessories worked well with the feathery-fabulous bodice.
• Hailee Steinfeld (Prada): I think this dress was one of the most talked about all night. At first, I thought this was terrifying, but I liked it the more I saw it. I think the SAG  Awards is the only place this dress would get a good interpretation during awards season.  The SAG Awards are less serious than the Globes or the Oscars, so it's expected to wear something a little more relaxed.  The bright colors are good for this carpet and, since she's so young, it was a really fun dress. But for any other occasion, this wouldn't be good.
• Natalie Portman (Azzaro): So sophisticated! I love the black and white combination...didn't someone just blog about this recently? Hmmm.... anyways! I love how she also showed her bump; it's the first time she's done it since her pregnancy was announced! Yes, her hair could be better, but she looks fabulous regardless.
• January Jones (Carolina Herrera): First of all, thank you for covering up! Although I wish the hair wasn't weird, I love this dress. It's so beautiful and is really flattering on Ms. Jones. She worked the lace trend perfectly into her dress without looking like a web (a la Nicole Kidman). While some of the minor details could be improved, I like this soo much better than her Globes look.
• Justin Timberlake (Simon Spurr): Why is JT so cool?  Fashionable men have it rough: how can they make a statement on the red carpet without looking cheesy. By adding the double striped tie...he looked so chic. In addition, his suit fit him perfectly.
• Claire Danes (Louis Vuitton): Absolutely fabulous!  I love the aqua and black combination fo this Vuitton, so smitten!  In this scenario, I really like the black belt: adds spice to the dress and also makes it less formal. The pink lips are also genius! This has  to be my second favorite look of the night for sure.
• Tina Fey (Oscar de la Renta): I assume that seeing Tina Fey in this dress is like watching a baby's first steps. INCREDIBLE! I'm so happy she's ditched the frumpy black and showed herself off. The red is amazing; she looked sophisticated and super classy. I'm just so proud!
• Helena Bonham Carter  (Marc Jacobs): THANK YOU FOR WEARING MATCHING SHOES! She looks so cute in this black and white Marc Jacobs outfit...almost like a 1950's housewife. Her hair is of course quirky, but I'm glad she has the ability to tame her outrageousness for one night. Kudos, Helena.
• Dianna Agron (Vintage Chanel): When I first saw her, I thought it was Emma Roberts. Anyways, I'm so glad she wore something dark and sultry. The navy looks awesome with her blonde hair and light skin. The hem-line is really interesting, but still extremely classy. I'm also happy she paired a sleek hair-do together with dark and mysterious eye  makeup. Amazing, amazing,amazing.

It's the People's Choice

So the 2011 People's Choice Awards seemed interesting.

Some Valid Points on Media: Pretty Little Liars should've won, TWILIGHT NEEDS TO STOP WINNING, Modern Family should've won, and I'm really glad Lie to Me is getting some attention.

I didn't get to see the actual ceremony, since I'm still in London but of course I watched the red carpet. It was extremely awkward. Especially when the anchors didn't know who Bella Thorne was. I don't know who she is, but I'm not a Hollywood reporter.

Like every award show, there was good fashion and bad fashion.

And obviously I have some thoughts.

THE WORST:

• Natalie Portman (Jason Wu): I don't want to do this to neither Portman nor Wu, but this is terrible. With all of the Black Swan attention she's getting, you would think she'd dress chicer. I know she's preggers and everything, but it looks like she is going to the beach; it should have been a bit more tailored. And it's just so boring. Barely any makeup, barely any jewels. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE! She always does something awesome on the red carpet, so I'm majorly disappointed.
• Leighton Meester (Vionnet): Meester's issue is that she always tries to be quirky. Sometimes, it works and I love it. Other times, most times, it's not that great. The fabric, especially for an awards ceremony, is too casual. It looks like she's coming from a local pub. Her makeup looks really good, but I can't get over that dress. It looks so flawed. So messy. I think if she really wanted to make a splash, while being quirky, it should be a work of art.
• Khloe Kardashian (McQueen): I usually love Khloe, but she made McQueen look gross. First of all, she went red? I don't like it one bit!! Also, this is the least flattering dress for her body type. I HATE when people who I heavy chested wear flowing pieces, it makes them look large, most of the time. She has a lot of curves and I respect her confidence, but I think a fitted dress would've done her better. And please, Khloe, cover your boobs.
• Kate Walsh (David Meister): I didn't know Kate Walsh was having her sweet sixteen?! Seriously, totally NOT age appropriate. I utterly despise this look. The color's gorgeous on her, but she should be doing something a little more...sophisticated. An evening dress? Or if she wants to go short, GO SEXY!  And accessorize, please! Some jeweled bangles or a cocktail ring would've made a big improvement.
• Amanda Michalka (I don't even want to know): UGLIEST DRESS ALIVE. This is disgusting. The shear part of the skirt. The awkward key hole. The chorus black and white look. There is no way this dress could be fixed. "AJ", ANYTHING but this dress would be better. I don't even want to go into details in fear my computer will combust. 
• Robert Pattinson (I don't want to know, again): Pretend like you care.

THE BEST:

• Raven Symone (Not Available): While I have mixed feeling about this look, I decided to put it on the best dress list because she's doing something many people failed to do at this award show: dress for her body. Yes, she may not be a size 00, but she it figuring out what works best for her. This complete black ensemble is really slimming for her. The different fabrics and ruffles definitely contribute to making her look slimmer. In addition, her hair and makeup is so sleek and chic. A major improvement!
• Vanessa Williams (Tadashi Shoji): She looks beautiful and completely age appropriate! The metallic dress is so chic and winter appropriate, which I'm loving. It's great that she showed skin but didn't go overboard. Williams kept it classy, which is great. Also, she had the perfect accessories and her shoes spiced it up. Perfect all around!
• Nikki Taylor (Donna Karan): Long sleeved dresses are so now, I love how she dressed for the chilly winter weather but still looks undeniably chic. The statement necklace makes the look exciting and pulls it all together. She kept it simple which is appropriate for the event and the long outfit.  I just wish she'd take the bump-it out.
• Katy Perry (Betsey Johnson): Do I like this dress? Not really. BUT, it's perfect for Katy Perry. It covers enough and the below the knee hem-line makes it grown up. She's not trying to be a teenager, but a fun married lady. The lack of accessories works really well here because the dress is so undeniably busy.  Unlike others, Katy Perry knows the fine line between girly and dressing like a little girl.
• Jennifer Aniston (Dolce and Gabbana): At first, I really didn't like it; I felt like she was trying a little too hard. But after looking at this look more and more, I really like it. Red carpets are typically the place for great evening gowns; however, the People's Choice Awards are a bit more casual. I like how Jen took advantage of that and wore this fitted suit. Like Vanessa Williams, this look is extremely age appropriate. The cleavage showing vest is both classy and sexy. She's got a great figure, which I think she knows, yet she's not trying to look like she did in her twenties.  And  the gold accessories are perfect,  I love black and gold together! 
• Selena Gomez (Paule Ka): AMAZING. This blush pink looks incredible with Selena's complexion. The hair looks great. The fashion forward asymmetrical shoulder is so chic.  With something so dramatically simple, I'm not bothered by her lack of accessories; however, a cocktail ring would've been nice. She always dresses classy and never shows too much skin. Her dresses seem to fit like a glove, but not too snug! She's a beautiful girl who dresses beautifully.
• Selena Gomez (Irina Shabeyeva): Once again, everything is so right with this look. What I love most is how different it is from her first look but still phenomenal. I love the idea of a long dress with a irregular hem-line, it's sophisticated and young at the same time. The print is really cool and the strappy heels and gold earrings make the masses not focus on the dress, but Selena's entire look, which is something really incredible. You would think with two dresses, they'd either be mediocre or one would be horrific. But she has something in her that can come up with fabulous looks all of the time, which I really admire.

Let's Talk About the AMA's

This has been SO OVERDUE, with the holidays and colleging, but at last I have my own compilation of the Best and Worst dressed of the 2010 American Music Awards. I'm so pleased that my boy, Michael Buble, won buut Beiber as 'Entertainer of the Year'....oooooof!!   Overall, the looks were just alright. I mean...some people pushed the envelope, but I was smitten with it.  So here it is, for your viewing pleasure!

THE WORST:

• Taylor  Swift: While I appreciate Taylor's effort to turn into a mature and sophisticated individual, this was a painfully basic outfit. To me, she's not evolving as herself but a different person: I am really not a fan of her new haircut; it's so weird and let's be honest,  her curls make her. whole look. And this dress is too simple for a transformation. She totally needs to spice it up! She'll get it one day!
• Ke$ha: What...is...this? I can barely even function a decent response. THIS IS HANEOUS?!  There is literally nothing about this outfit that is the least bit chic. The mohawk,  the makeup, the pleather-ish fabric and disgusting fringe?! UGHH SO GROSS I CANOT EVEN DEAL. I respect her individuality but DSUIDAISDH SO TERRIFYING!
• Nicki Minaj: Is this a new Avatar critter? I'm confused. Conceptually, the print and colors are interesting, but I really don't like the plethora of three dimensional objects. And I really do not like this whole two toned deal...pick one and stick with it!!  But I will give her this, she looks incredibly put together, even though I don't like her look.
• Julianne Hough: You know how I feel about lace and femininity, I love it, but I'm not diggin' this.  To me, this took much Victoria Secret catalog than fashion. Also, that bag is a little too She wears it well, with her old glam Hollywood,  for sure, but I believe it's rather trashy.
• Natasha Beddingfield: FOR REAL? This is something I'd wear to a nice dining event! This is what I'm not liking about this Red Carpet, half of these looks are too crazy and the other half is way too plain. She looks lovely but waaay too casual.

THE BEST:

• Miley Cyrus: Shocker, I know, but I really like this short dress with a long train. It's probably because she's wearing Marchesa!  The color looked so great with her coloring. Her accessories were pretty simplistic, which complemented the long train extremely well. Overall, this look was so young and fresh, but still really chic. Great look, Miley!
• Kelly Osbourne: I'm so smitten with Kelly's awesome fashion transformation; she looks so clean, chic, and gorgeous.  This LBD suits her perfectly. The silhouette, lace details, and knee-length hem was stunning and so flattering on her newly trim figure. I'm glad she remained classy with this look, pairing the dress off with a black platform pump. It is so pin-up esque and I'm obsessed. 
• Heidi Klum: For some reason, unbeknownst to me, I love this version of a long laced dress. I think having the whole dress lace makes it so much more interesting and chic. That hint of red on the belt makes it a little more interesting and eliminates an "old lady vibe". The sleek updo and dangles are the perfect way to complete this haute look!
• Jenny McCarthy: This one shouldered number look so awesome on her. The electric blue is so refreshing and looks great with her blonde hair and blue eyes! What I like best about this look is how polished it is: her her is slicked back, minimal jewels, and black pumps. No muss, no fuss!! 
• Stana Katic: Va-va-voooom! She looks so sexy and chic, its' incredible!  Long sleeved minis are my favorites and a sparkled one makes it EVEN BETTER! I'm glad she didn't overdue the sparkles, with bedazzling accessories. Although I would've liked a sleek ponytail on Stana, her voluptuous waves looked so fabulous. And the gunmetal pumps was the perfect finishing touch!
